A. St. Luke's Hospital is a full tertiary hospital. This includes a fully functional Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Inpatient units, and Radiology Services. Surgical Services has specialized service lines in Cardiovascular, Neurology, Gynecological, Orthopedic, and General procedures. Surgical Scheduling can be reached at 904-296-5600. Outpatient Radiology also has state of the art Digital Mammography, Invasive stereotactic biopsy, and Ultrasound. Additional programs at St.Luke's Hospital include Epilepsy Monitoring, Bariatric Surgical Education, and Diabetes Education.

Q. WHERE CAN I ADDRESS CONCERNS AND COMMENTS ABOUT ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL?
A. St. Luke's Hospital is committed to providng excellent care to all of our patients and visitors. We encourage concerns to be addressed with Management or Administration while in our facilities so we can improve on any issues brought to our attention. Also, throughout the hospital, you will find Comment Cards, which can be completed and left in the secure box or mailed with prepaid postage.
